Welcome!!
After weeks and months of people asking me if I had a blog, I have decided to start one! Yippee! I have been getting quite a few messages on Instagram and KIK with people asking me the same questions over and over again. I figured there needed to be a more efficient way to handle this! Responding to each person's questions individually was taking way too much of my time. And I'm so sorry to say, there have been messages that I never even got a chance to respond to! So, with this blog, I hope to be able to answer questions, post ideas, give meal and workout tips, and tell the story of my journey! And the truth is... I have always LOVED to write! I have kept journals most of my life. So... here goes nothin'!

Hi Suzanne!
ReplyDeleteI am currently a student nurse and in the last several months have become serious about lifting and eating clean. I am working night shift as a nurse extern and had a question for you. How do you eat on night shift usually? I am worried I won't be able to eat every 3 hours and especially with working all night shift I am wondering if eating my meals at night will cause me to gain weight and ruin my metabolism. How do you deal with eating and working night shift? Thanks!
I am writing you becase I am here in UT and currently fighting MS. I have been wanting to become a NPC Bikini Competitor since I was younger. I'm looking to follow and learn from an everyday woman who not only lives healthy but is also still normal, in sense of family, work and social life. I'm currently in the U.S. Army full time and dealing with being sick. They want to give me the boot after I was diagnosed. So I have decided to use this as something to motivate me and show everyone that even though I am sick I can still chance after my dreams. I started following you on Instagram and have been looking forward to your motivation daily. If you have any tips and or advise to getting started please let me know. I am not sure if you train people, but if so I am more than interested. Thank you for your time, and always being a positive and motivational role model.
